Lina Lorenzi, Esq.
Lina Lorenzi joined the staff of the Latino
and Puerto Rican Affairs Commission in June of 2008 as a
Legislative Analyst II a.
A member of the Connecticut Bar Association, Ms.
Lorenzi has a Juris Doctor from New York University School of Law and a
Bachelors of Science degree in psychology and sociology from Fordham
University.
She has an extensive work history in within the
State of Connecticut Judicial Branch, having served as:
- Temporary Assistant Clerk, State of
Connecticut Judicial Branch, Superior Court at Milford
- Deputy Chief Clerk II, Hartford Superior Court
for Juvenile Matters
- Program Manager II, Jury Outreach Program,
Jury Administration, Centralized Court Services
While with the Judicial Branch, she served on a
variety of committees including:
- Statewide Technology Committee
- Juvenile Matters Financial Manual Committee
- Hartford District Management Committee
- Hartford District Security Committee
- Hartford District Technology Committee
- Hartford Juvenile Matters Security Committee
- Hartford Juvenile Matters Attorney Contract
Selection Committee
Prior to joining the State of Connecticut Judicial
Department, Ms. Lorenzi worked as a legal editor for Business and Legal
Reports in Madison, CT, and as a social worker for the State Department
of Children and Families in New Haven.
