Re: Meeting Schedule & On Sight Tours
As we mentioned at our last meeting the Commission will be engaging in 2 different tours of affordable housing developments located in West Hartford and Avon on November 10th starting at 2:00 PM. The schedule is as follows:
2:00 PM we will all meet at the Flagg Road development located at 30 Flagg Rd. West Hartford (directions enclosed). We will be assembling in the parking lot. Parking is limited but off street parking is available. Welcome will be given by President and resident, Ms. Anahid Khachoyan who will discuss the project and give a brief tour.
Approximately 2:45 PM we will all meet at the Avon Old Farms Crossing development to tour this facility (map enclosed).
Approximately 3:30 PM Our regular Commission meeting will meet in at the Avon Town Hall, 60 West Main Street (route 44) in the Avon Room located on the first level of the building (directions enclosed). Mr. Jeff Sager will be in attendance from Avon Old Farms Crossing and members of West Hartford Interfaith Coalition.
