Thursday, July 19, 2007, was Read-A-Loud Day in the City of Hartford. The State Capitol Police Department participated in the event at the Capitol Child Development Center located on Broad Street. Chief Michael J. Fallon read the book “Caps for Sale” to a wonderful group of children and after the reading presented each with a copy of the book and police stickers.
