Visitor Parking - The security system will limit visitor parking to the first floor of the Legislative Office Garage. Visitors will be allowed to pull into the first floor and park in any lined parking spot.   There are a limited number of overflow parking spaces for visitors available in the basement of the Legislative Office Garage.  Please see the security personnel monitoring parking for instructions.

Intern Parking - All interns will be issued special parking passes and will be directed to the Forest Street, State Lot C and take the shuttle bus to the Complex. The shuttle bus runs about every 20 minutes during the hours of 7:00 am - 5:45 pm, Monday – Friday.  

Non-reserved  Employee Parking - The security system controls access to the upper levels of the LOG.  Only vehicles with parking permits and ID cards will be able to enter this area during business hours.  With the reserved parking on level 2, staff should proceed to level 2 ½ and the roof for parking.  

Reserved Parking - Assigned parking is located on level 2 of the LOG.  

Hang tag Parking Passes are issued to building staff as needed and should be hung on the windshield mirror when parked. Passes are location specific.  Parking Pass applications are available on the local Intranet or in person at the Office of State Capitol Police.  

The Capitol Police enforce parking regulations and may tow unauthorized vehicles. The speed limit on the complex roadways is 10 mph and 5 mph in the parking garage. There is no charge for parking. Questions or concerns about parking may be directed to the Capitol Police at (860) 240-0240.
