Commission on Children Elaine Zimmerman will be on WNPR-FM's "Where We
Live" program from 9 to 10 a.m. Tuesday to discuss the sweeping changes
caused in the American family by the recession. The program can be heard
at 90.5 FM (Hartford/New Haven), 89.1 FM (Norwich/New London), and 88.5
