AN ACT EXPANDING TEST BED AUTHORITY AT THE CONSTITUENT UNITS OF THE STATE SYSTEM OF HIGHER EDUCATION.

To allow chief executive officers of constituent units of the state system of higher education to make purchases of certain technology, products or processes for trial testing at the constituent unit.
