AN ACT PROMOTING THE PHYSICAL HEALTH NEEDS OF STUDENTS.

To encourage exercise and student wellness in schools by requiring local and regional boards of education to adopt guidelines to coordinate services and programs in order to address the physical, mental, social and emotional needs of students.
