AN ACT CONCERNING A DNA DATA BANK, THE REGISTRATION OF SEXUAL OFFENDERS AND THE DISCLOSURE OF ARREST RECORD INFORMATION.

To require the conducting of a DNA analysis of blood samples of convicted felons, establish a DNA bank for law enforcement purposes and allow a DNA profile comparison to be admissible in evidence.
