AN ACT CONCERNING THE DEPARTMENT OF CHILDREN AND FAMILIES AND CHILD ABUSE OR NEGLECT PROCEEDINGS.

To amend the definitions of child abuse and neglect and to specify procedures regarding the Department of Children and Families' child abuse and neglect registry.
