AN ACT INCREASING PENALTIES FOR THE SALE OF CIGARETTES OR TOBACCO PRODUCTS TO MINORS.

To increase penalties concerning the sale of cigarettes or tobacco products to minors and to require such penalties to be prominently displayed where such cigarettes or tobacco products are sold.
