AN ACT CONCERNING INSURANCE REIMBURSEMENT PAYMENTS TO SCHOOL-BASED HEALTH CENTERS.

To require that individual and group health insurance policies provide coverage for services received at a school-based health center to the extent that such services are a covered benefit under the policy.
