AN ACT CONCERNING THE ENFORCEMENT OF FIREWOOD TRANSPORT RESTRICTIONS BY THE DEPARTMENT OF ENERGY AND ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION.

To provide for the enforcement of firewood transport restrictions concerning the Asian Longhorned Beetle and the Emerald Ash Borer by the Department of Energy and Environmental Protection with mail-in fine provisions for certain violations.
