AN ACT REQUIRING POWER-ASSISTED DOORS AT ELDERLY HOUSING COMPLEXES.

To require housing authorities, municipal developers, nonprofit corporations or housing partnerships to install and maintain automatically activated doors to provide access to any community room or laundry room in each elderly housing project.
