AN ACT CONCERNING GREEN BUILDINGS AND SCHOOL CONSTRUCTION.

To apply the green building requirements to new construction of a state facility costing one million dollars or more, to remove new school construction projects from the current exemption, to extend such requirements to renovation projects of state facilities and to increase the rate of reimbursement to municipalities for school construction projects by five percentage point while retaining the current cap of eighty- five per cent for such reimbursement.
