AN ACT CONCERNING THE RECOMMENDATIONS OF THE UNIFORM REGIONAL SCHOOL CALENDAR TASK FORCE, LICENSURE EXEMPTIONS FOR CERTAIN AFTER SCHOOL PROGRAMS AND EXPANDING OPPORTUNITIES UNDER THE SUBSIDIZED TRAINING AND EMPLOYMENT PROGRAM.

To adopt the recommendations of the Uniform Regional School Calendar Task Force to delay implementation of the uniform regional school calendar by a year and permit a school district to delay implementation for an extra year if an existing employee contract makes such implementation impossible.
