AN ACT CONCERNING CHILD PORNOGRAPHY AND PROVIDING NOTICE TO THE CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER OF A MUNICIPALITY UPON THE RELEASE OF A REGISTERED SEXUAL OFFENDER INTO SUCH MUNICIPALITY.

To clarify the applicability of child pornography prohibitions with respect to multiple images such as film, videotape or any other series of images intended to be viewed continuously.
