AN ACT CONCERNING WORKERS' COMPENSATION EXPENSES FOR CERTAIN POLICE SERVICES.

To clarify that when private persons contract police services from a municipality, such private persons are legally responsible for paying any workers' compensation expenses for the officers incurred during the contract period. .
