AN ACT CONCERNING THE PENALTY FOR ASSAULT OF FIRE MARSHALS, DEPUTY FIRE MARSHALS, FIRE INSPECTORS, BUILDING OFFICIALS AND ASSISTANT BUILDING OFFICIALS.

To provide an enhanced penalty for the assault of a reasonably identifiable fire marshal, deputy fire marshal, fire inspector, building official and assistant building official who is in the performance of his or her duties.
