AN ACT CONCERNING A RANDOM DRAWING FOR A LIFETIME HUNTING OR FRESHWATER FISHING LICENSE.

To establish annual random drawings for the award of a lifetime hunting license and a lifetime freshwater fishing license to residents of this state.
