AN ACT CONCERNING THE INCLUSION OF THE CHILDREN'S TRUST FUND IN THE EARLY CHILDHOOD EDUCATION CABINET.

To allow the Children's Trust Fund to contribute to and benefit from the Early Childhood Education Cabinet.
