AN ACT PROHIBITING THE USE OF UNSUBSTANTIATED ALLEGATIONS OF EDUCATIONAL NEGLECT AS A FACTOR IN ADOPTIONS.

To prohibit the Department of Children and Families using an unsubstantiated allegation of educational neglect by a person as a factor in determining whether that person is suitable to be an adoptive parent.
