AN ACT CONCERNING THE ENDANGERED SPECIES PROGRAMS OF THE DEPARTMENT OF ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION.

To better protect bald eagle nests, hold owners of wild animals responsible for costs associated with the confiscation of such animals and update the endangered species act.
