AN ACT CONCERNING THE ADMINISTRATION OF PERIPHERALLY-INSERTED CENTRAL CATHETERS IN LONG-TERM CARE SETTINGS.

To allow IV therapy nurses to place or remove peripherally-inserted central catheter lines in patients residing in long-term care facilities.
