AN ACT LIMITING LAW ENFORCEMENT ACCESS TO RECORDED INFORMATION IN "BLACK BOX" EVENT DATA RECORDERS IN MOTOR VEHICLES.

To limit disclosure to law enforcement officials of certain "event data recorder" information from passenger motor vehicles without consent or a valid search warrant.
