AN ACT CONCERNING PROFESSIONAL EMPLOYER ORGANIZATIONS AND EMPLOYEE MISCLASSIFICATION.

To require professional services organizations to register with the Labor Department and be subject to certain obligations and conditions in order to operate in the state.
