AN ACT CONCERNING THE TREATMENT OF BENEFITS RECEIVED UNDER THE VETERANS' AID AND ATTENDANCE IMPROVED PENSION.

To exempt aid and attendance benefits from income eligibility determinations under the Connecticut energy assistance program and to allow the Department of Social Services to apply for a waiver to exempt the benefits from income eligibility for the state supplement and medical assistance programs.
