Vice Chairperson, Fred Pierre-Louis

Commissioner Pierre-Louis is a proven leader in both community and professional arenas. He is a passionate team player with a keen understanding of group dynamics. He has fourteen years of combined business development and project management experience. Commissioner Pierre-Louis is pursuing a doctorate degree in educational leadership at the University of Hartford. His academic achievement includes: A Sixth Year Degree in Secondary Education from the University of Bridgeport, EMBA, University of Connecticut, an Advanced Bus. Exec. Program, Amos Tuck Bus. School, Dartmouth College, B.A. in Chemistry, University of Connecticut, Business Computer Programming, Computer Processing Institute, Bridgeport, CT.

Commissioner Pierre-Louis is committed to continuous improvement and self-actualization of the individual. He is a member of Stamford Republican Town Committee, the vice-chairperson of the Smith House (for elderly citizens in Stamford), a member of Kappa Delta Pi International Honor Society in Education, and the chairman of the education committee of AAAC.
