Commissioner Lillie CrosbyEnvironment Member - Secretary Lillie Crosby of Monroe is a retired executive from the Southern New England Telecommunications Corporation (SNET). She attended Waterbury Public Schools and holds a Bachelors of Science Degree from Teikyo Post University where she majored in Business Office Management & Administration. She also holds a Masters of Science in Health & Human Services from the University of Bridgeport, and was a Minority Fellow with the Connecticut Community Technical Colleges Minority Fellowship Program. Mrs. Crosby has served as a Commissioner for both the Permanent Commission on the Status of Women (PCSW) and the Martin Luther King, Jr. Holiday Commission. In 1998 Senate Minority Leader M. Adela Eads appointed Mrs. Crosby to the AAAC where she currently serves her second full term.
