charging access fees.
- 'Where We Live,' the
public-affairs program presented weekday mornings by Connecticut
Public Radio, focused Tuesday on bullying, with Commission
Executive Director Elaine
Zimmerman joining Marji Lipshez Shapiro of the Anti-Defamation

website of WNPR.
- The Washington Post
reported September 6 on the formation of a Parent
Leadership Training Institute program in Alexandria, Virginia.
