Statement of Purpose: To(1)
make minor revisions to the family with service needs
statutes in accordance with the recommendations of the
Family with Service Needs Advisory Board, (2) establish

request from the Department of Public Health a certificate
of birth resulting in stillbirth, (4) establish a
community-based pilot program to provide additional reentry
and diversionary services for youth, and (5) study the
feasibility of establishing a separate drug court for
offenders under the age of eighteen.
