AN ACT CONCERNING THE PROGRAMS AND SERVICES OF THE DEPARTMENT OF CONSUMER PROTECTION.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:

Section 1. (NEW) (Effective January 1, 2018) The Commissioner of Consumer Protection shall adopt regulations, in accordance with the provisions of chapter 54 of the general statutes, regarding the efficient operation and administration of the programs and services of the Department of Consumer Protection.


This act shall take effect as follows and shall amend the following sections:
