AN ACT CONCERNING DECRIMINALIZATION OF THE USE AND POSSESSION OF MARIJUANA.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:

That the general statutes be amended to decriminalize the use and possession of marijuana and to regulate and tax the sale of marijuana.

Statement of Purpose:

To better allocate resources and to increase tax revenues.
