'AN ACT CONCERNING COMMUNITY SERVICE AND UNEMPLOYMENT BENEFITS', to allow individuals receiving unemployment compensation benefits to continue to receive such benefits while engaged in volunteer community service pursuant to the approval of the Labor Commissioner.
