S.B. No. 835 (RAISED) VETERANS' AFFAIRS . 'AN ACT CONCERNING MILITARY LEAVE FROM EMPLOYMENT', to ensure that, in addition to any member of a reserve component of the armed forces of the United States and any member of the National Guard, any member of the armed forces of the state is permitted to take a leave of absence from work to attend ordered military duty such as drills and meetings without being subjected to adverse employment repercussions.
