'AN ACT CONCERNING VOYEURISM', to extend the crime of voyeurism to voyeurism committed pursuant to trespass, establish a heightened penalty for voyeurism when committed against a child under sixteen years of age, and require offenders to register as sexual offenders with the Commissioner of Emergency Services and Public Protection.

'AN ACT CONCERNING THE RECOMMENDATIONS OF THE CONNECTICUT SENTENCING COMMISSION WITH RESPECT TO SEXUAL ASSAULT IN THE FOURTH DEGREE AND KIDNAPPING IN THE FIRST DEGREE WITH A FIREARM', to: (1) Remove the word "intentionally" regarding sexual assault in the fourth degree for consistency with the remainder of the section; and (2) resolve a conflict in the mandatory minimum sentences prescribed for kidnapping in the first degree and kidnapping in the first degree with a firearm.
