'AN ACT CONCERNING LOOK-A-LIKE FIREARMS', to make it an infraction for any person to deface the markings on any look-a-like firearm and to ban the possession of look-a-like firearms, pellet-firing air guns or BB. guns in or on the real property comprising a public or private elementary or secondary school.

H.B. No. 6331 (RAISED) CHILDREN . 'AN ACT CONCERNING SIXTEEN-YEAR-OLD BLOOD DONORS', to increase the amount of available blood in the state by amending section 19a-285a of the general statutes to allow sixteen-year olds to donate blood at volunteer blood donation programs provided such sixteen-year olds produce written authorization from their parent or guardian prior to donation.

H.B. No. 6332 (RAISED) CHILDREN . 'AN ACT CONCERNING TOXIC FIRE RETARDANTS IN CHILDREN'S PRODUCTS', to ban any product containing the Tris flame retardant chemical TDCPP, TDCP, TCEP or TCPP marketed for the use of children three years of age or younger.

'AN ACT CONCERNING THE FILING FEE AT THE STATE BOARD OF MEDIATION AND ARBITRATION', to increase the filing fee for the submission of grievances to the Board of Mediation and Arbitration in order to increase revenue and to further ensure that any party filing such grievances is doing so in good faith.

'AN ACT CONCERNING THE DISPOSAL OF WEAPONS SEIZED FROM A PERSON WHO POSES A RISK OF IMMINENT PERSONAL INJURY TO SELF OR OTHERS', to allow police departments to manage their inventory of seized firearms without the risk of liability.

H.B. No. 6336 (RAISED) PUBLIC SAFETY AND SECURITY . 'AN ACT CONCERNING THE TIMING OF TESTS FOR BLOOD ALCOHOL LEVELS IN OPERATING UNDER THE INFLUENCE CASES', to require that in a criminal prosecution for drunken driving or drunken boating evidence is presented that demonstrates the results of a blood alcohol test not commenced within two hours of operation accurately indicate the blood alcohol content at the time of the alleged offense and delete the requirement in an administrative per se hearing that a test for blood alcohol levels be commenced within two hours of operation.
