OLR Bill Analysis
AN ACT CONCERNING THE LEGISLATIVE COMMISSIONERS' RECOMMENDATIONS FOR TECHNICAL AND MINOR CHANGES TO THE INSURANCE AND RELATED STATUTES.
This bill corrects statutory references in laws dealing with (1) the insurance commissioner's approval of mergers or changes in control of insurance companies and (2) continuation of health insurance coverage under group plans. It also makes technical changes to the insurance laws.
