AN ACT INCREASING FINES FOR THE UNAUTHORIZED OPERATION OF ALL-TERRAIN VEHICLES ON MUNICIPAL OR PRIVATE LAND WITHOUT THE WRITTEN PERMISSION OF THE LAND OWNER.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:

That the general statutes be amended to double any fine for a violation of the prohibition against the operation of an all-terrain vehicle on municipal or private land without the written permission of the municipality or the owner of such land.

Statement of Purpose:

To double any fine for the unauthorized operation of all-terrain vehicles on municipal or private land without the written permission of the land owner.
