AN ACT CONCERNING THE CRIMINAL POSSESSION OF AMMUNITION.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:

That chapter 952 of the general statutes be amended to provide that any person who is prohibited from possessing a firearm also be prohibited from possessing firearm ammunition.

Statement of Purpose:

To strengthen the state's gun laws by providing that a person prohibited from possessing a firearm shall also be prohibited from possessing firearm ammunition.
