AN ACT CONCERNING POSSESSION OF CERTAIN AMMUNITION FEEDING DEVICES.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:

That the general statutes be amended to prohibit individuals from possessing certain ammunition feeding devices that accept more than ten rounds.

Statement of Purpose:

To prohibit individuals from possessing certain ammunition feeding devices that accept more than ten rounds.
