AN ACT CONCERNING A "HOARDERS' TAX".
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to institute a small tax on companies' liquid assets, with the proceeds applied to programs to create jobs.
Statement of Purpose:
To institute a "hoarders' tax" to fund job creation programs.
