AN ACT CONCERNING POOL SAFETY AT PUBLIC SCHOOLS.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:

That title 10 of the general statutes be amended to establish a uniform state-wide policy for pool safety at public schools.

Statement of Purpose:

To establish a uniform policy regarding school pool safety so as to reduce the loss of life or injury related to swimming at public schools.
