In line 228, after "district. " insert "Any grant received by a local or regional board of education under this section shall not be counted as part of a town's budgeted appropriation for education for the fiscal year ending July 1, 2013, for purposes of subsection (f) of section 10-262i of the general statutes, as amended by this act. "
