"AN ACT IMPLEMENTING THE GOVERNOR'S BUDGET RECOMMENDATIONS CONCERNING AN ALL-PAYER CLAIMS DATABASE PROGRAM. "

After the last section, add the following and renumber sections and internal references accordingly:

"Sec. 501. (Effective from passage) The General Assembly shall approve the budget of the Office of Health Reform and Innovation, established pursuant to section 19a-724 of the general statutes.


This act shall take effect as follows and shall amend the following sections:
