"AN ACT CONCERNING THE MINIMUM WAGE. "

In line 33, after "commissioner. " insert "The minimum fair wage established pursuant to this section shall not apply to employees who work on a seasonal basis. For the purposes of this section, "seasonal basis" means for a period of not more than one hundred twenty calendar days in any calendar year."
