The Senate was called to order at 2: 18 p. m. , Senator Williams of the 29th in the chair.

Guard well you lips, for none can know what evils, from the tongue may flow; what guilt, what grief may be incurred by one, incautious, evil word a word from your mouth speaks volumes about your heart. Amen
