The House of Representatives was called to order at 1: 02 o'clock p. m. , Representative Ritter of the 1st District in the Chair.

Prayer was offered by the guest Chaplain, Ann M. Clark of Bloomfield, Connecticut.

The following is the prayer:

Let us pray. Lord, bless this beautiful day You have set before us as we gather to do the business of the State. Give us the wisdom to make the right choices. Amen.

The Pledge of Allegiance was led by Ann M. Clark of Bloomfield, Connecticut.

There being no business on the Clerk's desk, on motion of Representative Robles of the 6th District, the House adjourned at 1: 03 o'clock p. m. , to meet again at the Call of the Chair.
