State Impact: Eliminates Cost in Bill

Explanation

The amendment eliminates the state cost in the bill of $1 million to $2 million annually by requiring the Office of Health Reform and Innovation to obtain federal or private funding to create and maintain an all-payer claims database.

The amendment makes several minor changes which have no fiscal impact.
