AN ACT CONCERNING EXPENDITURES OF THE JUDICIAL DEPARTMENT, THE DIVISION OF CRIMINAL JUSTICE AND THE PUBLIC DEFENDER SERVICES COMMISSION.

SUMMARY:

The bill requires the Judicial Department, Division of Criminal Justice, and Public Defender Services Commission to review certain expenditures. The offices must submit its findings to the Appropriations Committee on or before January 1, 2013.
