AN ACT CONCERNING EXPENDITURES OF STATE AGENCIES PROVIDING PUBLIC HEALTH, MENTAL HEALTH AND DEVELOPMENTAL SERVICES.
The bill requires the Office of Policy and Management to review certain expenditures. The office must submit its findings to the Appropriations Committee on or before January 1, 2013.
